upgrade [ship] weapon [type] upgrade [vehicle]
Skill used: upgrade ships
Usable by: Pilot (level 25)
With this command, a high mortal pilot can upgrade the weapons on a ship or a vehicle. At level 35 the level of upgrading increases slightly.
