MUD Client Links
A "client" is a program that connects to the MUD and lets you play the game. You don't *need* a client: You can just connect with telnet (if you have it installed, which Window 7+ does NOT). But clients help with things like command history, scrollback, client-side aliases, etc.
A good client will give you access to GMCP messages, which you can use to build out a custom UI.
