Syntax:
treaty [player1] [player2] treaty with [player]
Usable by: Diplomat (level 19)
This skill allows diplomats to negotiate a treaty between a Rebel player and an Imperial player, allowing them to form a party together.
Non-Diplomats must first acknowledge their willingness to form a treaty with a certain player. They do this by typing: treaty with <player>
