This skill allows smugglers to take items from monsters. If the smuggler is pk, he can steal from other pks in his or her level range.

HM smugglers level 35 and above can also steal slightly heavier items, as well as attempt to steal somebody else's wielded weapon. Because this is done by knocking the victim's hand to loosen their grip on the weapon, the smuggler always aggresses his or her victim, regardless of the success of the stealing attempt.

<what> is an object in your victim's inventory <whom> is the name of your victim.

Improved steal allows the smuggler to specify <what> in the form 'item in container'
