This skill allows High Mortal slicers to emit an ionic pulse that will disable vehicles, damage and hinder droids that have not been properly shielded, and damage or destroy certain unprotected electronic items.
This skill requires the slicer to use a slicertool that has been specially modified with a pulse emitter which can be obtained in some slicer shops.
This skill can only be successfully used every 5 minutes.
