"Hardcore" is a mode of play where you are forced player killer and if you die your character is gone forever. The only exception is: if your killer is a player, your character is not deleted. Hardcore players receive the following exclusive benefits:

• 5x faster combat experience gains
• 3x faster skill raises
• 3x more bounty hunter/assassin points

Hardcore players are bound by the following restrictions:

• Mandatory army pk
• Permanent death
• Maximum primary level of 19

You can create a hardcore character at the alt registration room on Coruscant. It does not count toward your normal alt count. You must have at least one character who has reached level 11 before you can create a hardcore character.
