Diplomats can try to confuse monsters by babbling all kinds of diplomatic nonsense. If successful, the baffled monster will have less of a chance to hit the diplomat. Each monster can only be fasttalked to once every 3 minutes. This skill is dependant on your diplomat level compared to the monster's level.
