Cooldown: 1 minute and 30 seconds ("backstab")
Skill Delay: 4 rounds (8 seconds)
An assassin's signature skill that allows them to do great damage to their opponent. Chances of success are greatly increased if the assassin is hidden.
Damage is somewhat dependent on the wielded weapon and how appropriate it is for stabbing. Races with long claws can backstab fairly successfully weaponless as well.
A High Mortal assassin will slow their target after a successful backstab. Should they, for whatever reason, not wish to do so, advanced backstab can be toggled by typing <backstab advanced off>.
