announcements [on/off]
Usable by: Diplomat (level 25)
By using this skill HM diplomats will order their aides to inform them of any SWMud players entering or leaving the game, including anyone link-dying or coming back from link-death.
Typing announcements without any arguments will tell you if you have the toggle on or off.
