Advanced haggle enables smugglers and merchants to get discounts at:

• Specialty shops

Smugglers also get discounts from:

• Doctors
• Cabbies
• Bars
• Banks (only 5% transfer fee, as opposed to the normal 10% fee)

The smuggler or merchant gets these lowered prices either by using his/her enhanced haggling abilities or by tapping into the computer and fooling it to give better prices.

There is a separate skill for this, but advanced haggle is turned on using the usual haggle on command.
